the Insider’s Guides to Hiking in New Zealand

Growing up in New Zealand, I came to love the Kiwi’s easy-going lifestyle and their outstanding kindness and the diversity found in a nation of immigrants. It wasn’t until much later however, when I was enthused by Tobi’s fondness of the outdoors, that I came to appreciate the incredible scenery as one of the most stunning worldwide. There is no better way to discover New Zealand than to explore its world-class walking & hiking trails.

The morning colours in the Namib are few and the sharp lines that separate the light blue of the sky from the red dunes intensify their striking contrast. At dusk, the colours are bolder and seem to linger on the night sky indefinitely.

Australia

Australia

The fifth continent has it all: The friendliest people, cutest animals (koalas and wombats), deadliest animals (too many to list), the most beautiful deserted beaches (though swimming may be deadly), the two largest monoliths in the world (Mount Augustus and Uluru/Ayers Rock), the longest straight stretch of railroad (crossing the Nullarbor Plain), one of the world’s most vibrant wine and coffee cultures, and not to forget some pretty amazing hikes.
